E Commerce Business Manager

Overview:
– We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and data-driven Web Strategist / eCommerce Business Manager to help own the evolution of our digital presence. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with business customers, creatives, SEO specialists, data analysts, and developers to craft compelling, high-performing online experiences that drive measurable business outcomes!
– You will be responsible for the digital strategy and performance for your assigned business area, using both quantitative and qualitative data to advise decisions. Your work will directly impact conversion rates, lead generation, revenue, customer satisfaction, and other key success metrics.
– This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of digital commerce and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for web and eCommerce performance, including conversion, revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
· Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement web campaigns, product launches, A/B tests, and always-on content strategies aligned with business goals.
· Optimize product and content presentation through merchandising (positioning, up-sell, cross-sell, etc.), SEO, UX, and demand generation strategies.
· Analyze user behavior and site performance to generate data-driven insights and hypotheses that inform continuous improvement.
· Design and implement experimentation plans to test new features, layouts, and messaging; communicate results and recommendations clearly.
· Collaborate with product and business customers to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans and the omni-channel customer journey.
· Develop cases and requirements for new capabilities; work with technical teams to define scope, trade-offs, and timelines (Agile experience a plus). · Help lead and prioritize a backlog of enhancements and optimizations in collaboration with development and design teams.
· Supervise and respond to customer feedback, identifying and resolving issues that impact the user experience.
· Ensure quality assurance and consistency across digital touchpoints.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, UX, or web project management.
· Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and customer journey analysis.
· Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital merchandising.
· Experience in B2B environments, ideally with complex hardware/software products (Test & Measurement industry a plus).
· Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Lucidchart, Conductor, Azure Dev Ops, and other CMS,UX, and Project Management platforms.
· Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Experience in collaborating with vendors and agencies.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
