Welcome to the AUTMHQ Tech Careers Job Board, hosted on the Odoo platform. By accessing or using our job board and applicant tracking system (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

The AUTMHQ Job Board is intended for individuals seeking employment and organizations seeking to recruit employees. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use this Service, you must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

5. Job Posting and Applications

Employers may post job opportunities and search for candidates in compliance with all applicable laws. AUTMHQ reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates our standards or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The content and functionality of the Job Board, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AUTMHQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without our written consent.

7. Termination

AUTMHQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AUTMHQ does not guarantee employment, accuracy of job listings, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUTMHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
