🎓 **Education & Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 2+ years of experience teaching or training in digital literacy or technical subjects such as programming, cybersecurity, data analysis, or web development.
* Proven experience developing and updating curriculum and lesson plans for adult or youth learners.
* Experience working with or coordinating volunteers is a plus.
* Prior experience using a CRM platform to track student engagement and program outcomes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content, ensuring that it remains relevant with technological advancements and industry standards.
• Instruction: Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging technology courses, including digital literacy and technical training classes in areas such as programming, cybersecurity, data analysis, web development, and more.
• Volunteer Coordination: Collaborate with volunteers who support your work, ensuring they are properly briefed, assigned tasks, and equipped to assist with the training process. • Project-Based Learning: Enhance the curriculum by incorporating internal and external projects that allow participants to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios, ensuring hands-on experience that prepares them for the job market.
• Assessment & Impact Measurement: Develop assessments to evaluate participant progress and project outcomes, measuring the impact and success of the training. Provide feedback to students on their performance and ways to improve.
• CRM Management: Update the organization’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with details of your work, student engagement, volunteer coordination, and project outcomes to ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Participant Outreach: Regularly reach out to program participants to provide them with necessary information, resources, and support to complete their training. Offer guidance on securing employment opportunities post-training.
• Student Support: Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, including answering questions, offering feedback, and helping them overcome learning challenges. • Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, other instructors, and industry partners to enhance the learning experience and ensure the relevance of the curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Technology Maintenance: Ensure that all classroom technology and equipment are in good working order, and coordinate with technical support staff as needed.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, progress, and volunteer participation, and provide reports as required.
